Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one year and charge has been framed.

Heard the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude within a period of four months considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than one year, if not concluded, he shall release the petitioner to his own satisfaction.
