The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of the confessional statement made by the accused persons. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 26.08.2016 Heard the learned APP also.
