JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 6(E) of the Essential Commodities Ac, 1955 before the Collector, Banka in connection with Confiscation Case No. 54 of 1918-19.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 6(E) of the Act, 1955 for release of the food grains and in case an appropriate application is filed within four weeks from today, the learned Collector shall dispose of the same within a period of two weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
