ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.02.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhojpur at Ara by which it has refused to recall P.W. 3, Informant for his cross-examination in S.Tr. No. 418 of 2012 arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 298 of 2008. Having gone through the impugned order, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
