The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 687/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected, vide order at Annexure-1, with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant along with other witnesses were examined but they did not disclose the involvement of the petitioners. Doctor

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
From perusal of the report it appears that out of nine witnesses, only three witnesses have been examined. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on bail, however, he is in custody since long. Accordingly, the same is rejected. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial as soon as possible within a period of six months. At the same time, Sr. S.P., Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses in the trial court so that the trial may be concluded within the stipulated period.
