2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 332, 353, 379 of the Indian Penal Code
3. Prosecution case is that while the chaukidar tried to inspect six sand loaded trucks, this petitioner and other accused persons named in the F.I.R. abused him and also tried to dash him and thereafter, fled away from the place of occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is driver of the alleged truck, bearing Registration no. JH09AE-6746, and he took away the said truck on instruction of Pawan Kumar, who is owner of the truck. The owner of the truck has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60231 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 68548 of 2022. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Koran Sarai P. S. Case No. 112 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482 of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
