The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhairabsthan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the Debar of the deceased. From the fardbeyan it appears that the informant received information about the death of his daughter. The deceased was treated with cruelty and on 3rd of July, 2016 she was beaten and later on taken to the Hospital and thereafter the daughter of the informant died. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per the statement on affidavit made in para3 of the petition and the fact that the petitioner has remained in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35755 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 custody for nearly four months and the investigation in the case must have been completed, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani or the successor Court in connection with Bhairabsthan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
