JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as Central Selection Board. A short prayer has been made that earlier in different advertisement vide Advertisement No.1 of 2016 the Selection Board has measured the height of the petitioner as 165 Cm but in the present case his height has been measured as 164.4 Cm. So there is difference of 0.6 Cm in height.
In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to make a fresh measurement in presence of the higher authority and that will be treated to be a final measurement. If the height is found 165 Cm. then the authority will be bound to conduct the driving test of the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21001 of 2018 (2) dt.30-10-2018 With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.
