Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Desari P.S Case No. 273 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal code. The petitioners are the mother-in-law and sister-inlaw of the deceased. During investigation, it has come that they were not staying with family of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid fact, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

No.72617 of 2021(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-16-cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S Case No. 273 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
