2. The petitioner has filed this application for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Pachrukhi (Srai) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 352, 351(2), 61(2)/3(5) of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1969.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proper investigation is not being done by the police. He further submits that he has no role in the crime and he will be exonerated if the proper investigation is done by the police.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66353 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 the S.P., Siwan to get the investigation concluded within three months from the date of communication of this order.
