2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 336, 353, 427 and 34 of the I.P.C and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Public Property Damage Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that Broadson Company and its employees broke canal wall at different places and constructed road for transportation of sand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per allegation that certain parts of the canal was damaged due to carrying of sand. Petitioner is merely an employee of the Broadson Company. He further submits that the Director of the company, namely, Ashok Kumar has already granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62928 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35877 of 2021 vide order dated 06.01.2022. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the clean antecedent of this petitioner and the fact that the Director of the company having been granted anticipatory bail, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, III, Danapur in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 279 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) aditya/- U T
