The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 1.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 1 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 1 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

It is needless to state that in case, the claim of the petitioner is not disposed of within a period of eight weeks from filing of the claim, the outstanding dues due for payment, shall carry an interest @ 6% per annum from the date, the same become due till the date of payment.
