2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for Initiation contempt proceeding for of flagrant violation of the order of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 in CWJC No. 5250 of 2024, passed by this Court.

By the above order his Lordships was

Patna High Court MJC No.3021 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 pleased to disposed of the writ application with following terms this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent, Circle Officer, A11 Nagar, Darbhanga to immediately act as per the direction given by the in Misc. a Collector, Darbhanga (Revenue) Appeal No. 112/2016 within a period of four months from today if it still has not been taken to its logical conclusion.".

3. The writ petition was disposed on 05.04.2024 with a direction to the opposite party no.5, the Circle Officer, Ali Nagar, Darbhanga to act in line with the direction given by the Collector, Darbhanga in Misc. Misc. (Revenue) Appeal No. 112 of 2026 within four months.

4. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 in which it has been recorded that; (i) the Circle Officer, Ali Nagar, Darbhanga has already taken steps initiating Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 03 of 2024-25 and the proposal has been put forwarded to the

Patna High Court MJC No.3021 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2025 3/3 office of the Additional Collector, Darbhanga on 28.06.2024 for an appropriate order.

5. Further submission is that the other party, Abdul Jakir has preferred LPA No. 748 of 2024 (Abdul Jakir vs. the State) which is presently pending.

6. In vies of the fact that the other side has preferred the aforesaid appeal, the Circle Officer, Ali Nagar, has already taken steps, in that background, for the present, the contempt petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh after the outcome of the appeal pending before an appropriate Court.

7. The MJC No. 3021 of 204 is disposed of.
