Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 03.01.2023, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner but in the said order police case number and satisfaction of the Court have wrongly been recorded. On 16.01.2023, only Police Station Case number was corrected but the satisfaction of the Court could not be corrected. In such view of the matter, in the last paragraph of the order dated 03.01.2023, let the words "Additional Sessions Judge-IV, West Champaran, Bettiah" be corrected to be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59794 of 2022(7) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 03.01.2023 is modified to the extent above.

Let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner be further extended by two weeks from today in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. case No. 421 of 2022 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah.
