1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for quashing Memo No. 18, dated 14.01.2013, issued under the signature of the Block Education Officer, Siswan, Siwan, by which the petitioners have been terminated from the post of Block Teachers.
3. In view of the fact that the petitioners have directly approached this Court without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.19476 of 2015(5) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, for redressal of his grievance.
4. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
