JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-10-2015 The petitioner is residing in a rental premises bearing MIG Flat No. 6/8-261 from which the electric connections were disconnected on account of non-payment of energy bill. It appears from the instructions received that a new electric connection has been given in favour of Sunil Kumar Singh, the owner of the premises. In this view of the matter, I find that the dispute with respect to grant of electric connection has been redressed vide letter no. 657 dated 23.05.2015 issued by the Electrical Energy, Bahadurpur.
