The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(A), 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioners, variously armed entered into the house of the informant and made assault and when other family members came to her rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation against the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.289 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 general and omnibus. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. The injury report suggests that all the injuries are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 563 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
