2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No. 63 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b) a and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others criminals were caught while planning a loot and one mobile and Rs. 9000/- was recovered from possession the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63987 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mohania , Kaimur at Bhabhua in Durgawati P.S.Case No. 63 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Durgawati Police Station on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
