Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 13.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26422 of 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case and case is at the stage of prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
