Nadim Seraj, learned GP-5 appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Vivekanand Kumar, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, as well as the District Provident Fund Officer, Nawada, for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.13299 of 2023 dt.03-10-2023 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, the District Provident Fund Officer, Nawada, is directed to call for the deduction statement from all the places of postings of the petitioner and must ensure to redress the grievance of the petitioner by making payment of the provident fund amount with respect to financial year for which the petitioner has prayed for in the present writ petition and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.

4. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
