The petitioner seeks bail in Kochas P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016 registered under Sections 8 (C), 20(B), 22 and 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
As per the prosecution case, 7 Kg of ganja was recovered from the room of one Pradeep Kumar who divulged that his brother Santosh Sah used to sell ganja at his Gumti. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the Gumti of the petitioner and from his conscious physical possession. He happens to be handicapped by 80% and is unable to even walk. He has been languishing in custody since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas P.S.
