1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. These writ applications have been filed for quashing the order dated 18.11.2016 passed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari (Respondent No. 2) and further to direct the respondent-Authorities to renew the settlement/lease of the land of the petitioners.
