1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking

Patna High Court CWJC No.13580 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/3 the following relief(s):- "1) To quash the order dated 20/7/2023 passed in Anganwadi Revision Case No. 93/2021 by the Commissioner, Kosi Division, Sahara (Annexure-P12 whereby and where under the order dated 18/8/2021passed in Anganwadi Appeal Case No.. 13/2021 by the District Programme Officer (I,C.D.S). Madhepura (Annexure P11) has been set aside and order dated 12/4/2021 passed in Anganwadi Case No. 1/2021 by the Child Development Project Officer, Ghailadh, Madhepura (Annexure P-5) has been uphold and consequently selection of respondent No. 11 for the post of Anganwadi Sevika of Anganwadi Centre no. 5, Ward No. 13 Village- Belokhari, Panchayat- Sri Nagar, Block-Ghailadh, District- Madhepura has also been reinstated.

II). To partly quash the order dated 12/4/2021 passed in Anganwadi Case No. 1/2021 by the Child Development Officer, Ghailadh, Madhepura (Annexure P-5) in respect of the selection of the respondent No. 11 for the post of Anganwadi Sevika of Anganwadi Centre No. 5, Ward no. 13 VillageBelokhari, Panchayat- Sri Nagar, Block- Ghailadh, District- Madhepura and consequently selection letter dated 29/4/2021 issued by the respondent No. 8 (Annexure P-7) be quashed."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.13580 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 3/3 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
