Patna High Court CWJC No.22323 of 2013 dt.03-09-2015 2/2 The writ application stands disposed of now with an observation that based on the direction and parameters issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalya Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2013)2 SCC 617, the National Council of Teachers Education has put in place a new regulation in conformity with the Hon'ble Apex Court direction, in the year 2014.

It is now up to the institution to comply with the said regulation for recognition. Once the formalities are completed by the institution, N.C.T.E. will take a decision in light of what the Hon'ble Apex Court has said and the regulation governing the issue. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observation.
