Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 349 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The present first information report has been lodged after 18 days from the alleged occurrence without any explanation for the delay. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.
