The petitioner wants the application dated 22.8.2022 filed by one Amit Kumar Singh, an elected member of Block Panchyat Samiti, Darbhanga to be decided being pending before respondent no.2.
This Court has afraid why the lady is batting for Amit Kumar Singh. If at all, Amit Kumar Singh has any grievance, he should have approached the Patna High Court.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14897 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 In alternative, the petitioner can also approach the respondent no.2 if she has any grievance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will be filing her representation before respondent no.2 within four weeks from today.
If such representation is filed, the respondent no.2 shall take the same to its logical conclusion within next three months.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
