At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate petition for enforcement of the order dated 14.05.2008 passed in CWJC No. 1592 of 1993.

It is needless to observe that the petitioner is free to avail such remedies as are permissible under the law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
