The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 70 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have been apprehended with the stolen motorcycle having two different registration no. on the front and other on the rear side of the vehicle. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said motorcycle was not seized from the possession of the petitioner in the course of riding on it rather the motorcycle was parked on the road and the petitioner was standing in the vicinity of the motorcycle to catch the passenger vehicle and was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38198 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 apprehended by the police. He has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 14.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class-cumA.C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case no. 70 of 2017.
