The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.82 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of inquiry regarding the work done in Ward No.1 of Gram Panchayat Parsawa under Drinking Water Scheme, it was detected that the petitioner by submitting the forged Matric Certificate has been nominated as Ward Secretary.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive and he is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S.
