8117 of 2012 (Madan Maharaj Vs. The Bihar State Housing Board and others ) by this Hon'ble High Court.

4. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 6 and learned counsel has taken this Court to the order dated 20.01.2025 to show that a positive order has been passed in favour of the petitioner allowing him to make the necessary payments so that the allotment can be revived.

5. In view of the fact that the order stands complied, MJC No. 4313 of 2018 is disposed of.
