The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recoveries were not from his conscious possession and have been planted on him and he was not present at the time of the alleged recoveries. It is further submitted that seizures were made from the road in front of the house of Vinod Ray and not this petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.57821 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019.
