The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 354, 332, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that this petitioner misbehaved with the informant and created hindrance in discharge of her official duties as Circle Officer, Dehri.

It is further submitted that petitioner is a R.T.I. activist and social worker and since he objected against the workings of the informant being Circle Officer, hence, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. The F.I.R itself suggest that alleged occurrence happened after working hour of the office. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 439 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid
