JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.06.2022, passed by the District Magistrate, Patna in Misc. Arms Case No. 09-626 of 2021, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
