Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and his earlier prayer for bail was rejected by this court but the petitioner is in jail custody since 10.3.2016 and trial court's report reveals that almost all material witnesses have already been examined. The trial court's report also reflects that cross-examination of the informant is pending due to non-appearance of the I.O and except I.O as well as part crossexamination of the informant, there is no other witness. The above stated facts go to show that there is no possibility of tempering with the prosecution evidence because material prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
