In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 26.12.2017 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been transferred from the office of District Welfare Officer, Siwan to the office of District Welfare Officer, Aurangabad. Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that petitioner is to retire from service within a period of one year. He further submits that by way of special consideration, the petitioner was allowed to stay at Siwan but, he has been transferred. He has further submitted that the recommendation has been made by the District Welfare Officer, Siwan in favour

Let the authority concerned should consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
