Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 16.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6509 of 2021.

By order dated 05.01.2022 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below which reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence but till date no witness has been examined.

However, considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, since the petitioner is in custody since
