====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354, 509, 506/34 of I.P.C.

3. Prosecution case in brief is that the petitioner has facilitated his son to commit alleged offence, which has also been supported by the victim in her statement.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that after investigation, police had filed the final form against the petitioner but the learned Court below took cognizance against him. He submits that there is no evidence against the petitioner to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

6.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the leaned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020.
