This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that according to First Information Report, police intercepted a motorcycle from which the alleged 28 liquor of country made wine was recovered but the F.I.R. itself shows that there were two persons one of them managed to escape and as such it cannot be said that the said liquor belongs to the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in judicial custody since 19.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of detention and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Divya Shekhar, learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Saran, Chapra in connection with Makair (Maker) P.S.
