1. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 300 of 2025 (arising out of Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 543 of 2024), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.

2. Heard Mr. S.M. Ashraf, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Nitya Nand Tiwary, learned APP for the State and also perused the FIR and the trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering the circumstance pointed out by the petitioner's counsel that the name of the petitioner surfaced only in the statement of co-accused Juli Devi recorded before the police and except this, there is no material against the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59449 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 and the said co-accused Juli Devi has already been granted bail and coupled with the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 300 of 2025 (arising out of Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 543 of 2024), on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
