2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 503 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 27, 35, 25(g) and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Two empty cartridges have been recovered from the place of occurrence.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68441 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 503 of 2024.
