The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 169/2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A / 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that of possessing one live cartridge of 7.62 mm. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and from perusal of the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order itself it will appear that he has been arrested by police on some suspicion. He is in custody since 10.07.2017. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
