2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 74, 75, 303, 351, 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the instigation of Subhas Giri, this petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with Iron rod and when Birendra Giri came to rescue, he was also assaulted on the head with Farsa. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. There is case and counter case between

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering nature of accusation, case and counter case between the parties, nature of injuries and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 5128001250123 (G.R. No. 321/2025), subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) K.C.Jha/- U T
