2. Petitioners apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352, and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely , Chandan Kumar alleged that on 22.02.2025 , when informant and other were returning to home , in the meantime , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners armed with iron panja and katta intercepted them and assaulted informant due to which he sustained injury . It is further alleged that accused

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM - IX Gaya in connection with Aanti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
