2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patepur P.S.Case No. 225 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318 (4), 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have cheated the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
