JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision taken in C.W.J.C. No. 14295 of 2009. He placed reliance on the order dated 18.05.2018 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9730 of 2018.

Considering the fact that C.W.J.C. No. 9730 of 2018 was disposed of in the light of the decision of this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.22253 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 14295 of 2009, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, particularly, the Director, Primary Education, to examine the claim of the petitioner and grant similar treatment to the petitioner like Parameswar Mistri, petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 14295 of 2009. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
