This application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of the order dated 28.06.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21512 of 2013.

In the show-cause, it has been averred that in compliance of the order of this Court, the Collector, Muzaffarpur has passed an order dated 06.01.2017. A copy of the said order is annexed as Annexure-A to the show-cause.
