The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case no. 399 of 2018, registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 07.12.2018, Pinki Kumari and sister of daughter-in-law of Maya Devi had gone at the shop of Murhi-Kachari for purchasing the Chop, where Raja Jha along with his other associates were present and asked her to take Chop from him. Thereafter, both girls returned weeping to informant and narrated the incident. Thereafter, informant reached there and

Thereafter, 10 to 12 persons entered in the courtyard and started to caused assault to her sister and moved from there after taking box of the informant containing ornaments and cash of Rs. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to some dispute quarrel took place but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case with false allegation. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
