The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.216 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No.376 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 30.06.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
