Mr. Anil Prasad Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and perused the case diary.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 324 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the husband of the informant who sustained injuries on the vital part of the body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties are agnates. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the

No.71523 of 2021(4) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail and submitted that there is specific allegation of assault upon the husband of the informant against these petitioners, causing six injuries to him, out of them, one to four seems to be grievious in nature as opined by the doctor and the injured was referred to higher centre for better treatment. After considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
