2. The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24574 of 2025 to the extent of extending the period granted to the petitioner for the surrender in the Court below for furnishing bail bond.

3. Earlier, the relief was granted to the petitioner on 02.05.2025 but now a prayer has been made for extending the time of surrender as she being an old age lady, advised for rest and the prescription of the Doctor is on record.

4. In that background, this Court is inclined to allow

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60403 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 the modification petition and the order dated 02.05.2025 is modified inasmuch as the further period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today.
